Canine Guests: To experience the 4LF difference, begin by submitting your Dog Daycare and Boarding Assessment Request to set up a temperament test. We do them by appointment only. Once your request is received complete with your enrollment form and vaccination records, we will contact you to set up a date to come meet us. To register for daycare or boarding services, you will need to provide us with proof of:
- Rabies
- DHLPP
- Bordetella
- Fecal test with a negative result
- Heartworm test with a negative result
- ALL must be spayed/neutered by the age of 7 months to continue attending
*Puppies can begin after 2 rounds of DHLPP, Bordetella, and Negative fecal check. All else will be due when age appropriate.
Feline Guests: Please contact us to set up your boarding reservation. No pre-assessment is necessary. Our registration form and vaccination records will need to be submitted before drop off. We will need proof of:
- Rabies (if age appropriate)
- Spay/neuter if over the age of 7 months
We accept new dog and cat clients that are between the ages of 12 weeks and 12 years old. We recommend in home care for pets over 12 years old that have not experienced boarding with us prior.
